Merry Christmas

Congratulations to our new officers: Rev. Nick Dudo, Frank Brandis, Steve Thomas and Al Tucci. We welcome with great enthusiasm our new members from Our Lady of Grace council. BIg 50/50 Raffle and Social Nov 14th.

Our council just wrapped up our big fundraiser of the year. Our Annual BIG 50/50 Raffle and Social at The St. Agnes Parish Center. Over 220 people attended a fun filled night of food, drink, and dancing. In addition we raffled off some beautiful gift baskets at our Chinese Auction, a flat screen tv, baskets of cheer and of course we announced the big winners of the BIG 50/50. It was a fun night to raise money for St. Agnes Parish and the council. Thanks to all those who supported Holy Crusaders throughout the year. Hope you and your families have a happy and safe Thanksgiving!

1st Annual Golf Outing

Just came back from the 1st Annual 9193 Golf Outing at Valleybrook. What a great event! Rich Calebrese, Bob Stefano and John Coliaini planned a really terrific day. For $100 each golfer was treated to a full round of golf, use of a golf cart, lunch, snacks, dinner, drinks, a golf shirt, and chances to win a great selection of door prizes. Also part of the fun was contests for putting, hole-in one, longest drive and closest to the pin. In addtion to the golf there was a great selection of prizes for the chinese and silent auctions. It was a nice day to raise funds for local charities.

Busy October

Our council is starting October on a good note, our Fall Hoagie Sale was a big success raising money for local seminarians all had a good time for a worthy cause. NOt much time to rest our aching feet when we host an Open House on Oct 8th, a 3rd Degree on Oct 9th and our 1st Annual Golf Tournament at Valleybrook on October 16th. Hope to see you all there!

Hoagie Sale Oct 3rd

Hope you can make it at our semi-annual hoagie sale. All proceeds go to local seminarians we support. Believe it or not we sell over 80 dozen hoagies in a span of a few hours. Fri night any brother knight wants to help prep starting at 6:00pm St. Agnes Parish Center then making and selling the hoagies Saturday morning from 05:30am-approx 01:00pm. Great fun and for a great cause. Hope to see you there!

New meeting space

The council officers met for the first time in our new meeting space at the St. Agnes Parish Center. With tremendous work and leadership by Dan Riiff and others we now have a beautiful new area to meet. Can't wait to move in!

Blog 08/28/09 Installation of Officers

I participated last night in the installation Mass and ceremonial for the upcoming Columbian year. It was a beautiful event with several family members in attendance. I am looking forward as your newly elected Deputy Grand Night to work with the Grand Knight and other fellow officers to make the 2009-2010 year the best ever. We have a lot of activities planned to aid the church and community through various fund raising efforts. I look forward to being a part of it. (Dan).
